"My wife and I bought a 14 acre property in December 2009 with home, pond, and wooded area, approx 9 acres of finish mowing.
We have purchased the Cub Cadet EX3200 with loader, Cub Cadet "tank" M-60 ZTR, Cub Cadet RZT-54, Cub Cadet Garden Tiller, and 4 x 2 Volunteer in the past 1 1/2 years.
We are completely satisfied with the operation and stability of all of these pieces of equipment. With exception of the RZT-54 which is a bit too light weight for some of the hilly terrain we mow, but we now leave that to the compact tractor with the finish mower and the "Tank" ZTR.
We first bought a Cub Cadet 1525 in 2003 for a small residential yard - never any mechanical problems...thus why we looked at Cub Cadet for our larger new homestead...
Excellent products with fair asking purchase price. Some people take a 2nd look at us when we tell them of our Cub Cadet products, but then become interested when we tell them we have very little equipment failures, if any. The 3200 compact tractor does an excelllent job of moving snow with loader and pulll behind plow, also holds traction on slopes when moving with pull-behind finish mower, also the turning radius is tight and eliminates a lot of backing up. I believe if you take good care of your equipment, it will take care of you.
